低温低压余热发电锅炉内部检验研究

Study on Internal Inspection of Low Temperature and Low Pressure Waste Heat Generating Boiler

低温低压余热发电锅炉能够使余热得到充分利用,在多个行业已经得到广泛运用。为保证锅炉使用安全,还要按照要求定期进行锅炉内部检验。基于此,本文对低温低压余热发电锅炉运行特点展开分析的基础上,提出了不同保养期锅炉需要完成的内部检验项目,最后结合实践操作情况对锅炉内部检验方法、重点等内容进行了探究。

The low-temperature and low-pressure waste heat generating boiler can make the waste heat get the full use,has been widely used in many industries.In order to ensure the safety of the boiler,the internal inspection of the boiler should be carried out regularly as required.Based on this,on the basis of analyzing the operation characteristics of low-temperature and low-pressure waste heat generation boiler,this paper proposes the internal inspection items that need to be completed for boilers in different maintenance periods,and fi nally explores the internal inspection methods and key points of the boiler in combination with the practical operation situation.
