摘要
针对当前大型水电站机电设备故障诊断中模态混乱、诊断精确度低的问题,提出基于物联网的水电站机电设备智能诊断方法。将故障回路监测分析和处理引入水电厂机电设备智能诊断中,结合物联网原理,建立水电站机电设备振动监测系统,根据设备不同工作状态,选择智能诊断传感器,利用支持向量机,建立机电设备故障诊断分类器,利用物联网技术,提取机电设备故障信号特征,对水电站的设备选型、数据采集、通信等环节进行智能化处理。基于物联网的水电站机电设备智能诊断方法能够有效解决设备故障诊断中的模态混乱问题,提高诊断精确度。
Aiming at the problems of mode confusion and low accuracy in fault diagnosis of electromechanical equipment in large hydropower station,an intelligent diagnosis method of electromechanical equipment in Hydropower Station Based on Internet of things is proposed.In this paper,fault loop monitoring analysis and processing are introduced into the intelligent diagnosis of electromechanical equipment in hydropower plant.Combined with the principle of Internet of things,the vibration monitoring system of electromechanical equipment in hydropower station is established.According to different working states of equipment,intelligent diagnosis sensors are selected,and support vector machine is used to establish fault diagnosis classifier of electromechanical equipment The equipment selection,data acquisition,communication and other links of hydropower station are intelligently processed.The intelligent diagnosis method of hydropower station electromechanical equipment based on Internet of things can effectively solve the mode confusion problem in equipment fault diagnosis and improve the diagnosis accuracy.
