Analysis and Treatment of Overheated Contact of on Load Tap Changer

文章对一起220 kV变压器有载分接开关触头运行中过热问题进行了分析。结合分接开关的红外测温、色谱等试验结果及运行记录,准确诊断了缺陷原因并通过吊芯检查验证,提出了有载分接开关运维检修的措施建议。

This paper analyzes the overheat problem of a 220 kV Transformer on load tap changer during operation.Combined with the test results of infrared temperature measurement,chromatography and operation records of the tap changer,the causes of the defects were accurately diagnosed,and through the core hanging inspection and verifi cation,the maintenance measures and suggestions for on load tap changer operation and maintenance were put forward.
