摘要
当前各供电局的工器具品种多,数量大,在资产中占有较大比重。工器具的借用归还管理规范性不高,容易出现丢失、遗漏、未绝缘检测,甚至出现遗漏工具等状况,导致安全事故,文章介绍一种自行研制的采用物联网技术的智能工具管理系统,该可大大提高工器具管理的准确行、智能性、安全性,同时减轻管理人员的工作强度,保障资产和作业安全。从而提高安全保障能力,优化资源配置,降低生产成本,提高工作效率。
At present,the power supply bureaus have a large variety of tools and instruments,and they occupy a large proportion of assets.The management of borrowing and returning of tools and instruments is not highly standardized,and it is easy to be lost,missed,not inspected after the validity period,or even missing tools at the job site,which may lead to safety accidents,and there are great management risks.This article introduces one The self-developed intelligent tool management system using the Internet of Things technology can greatly improve the accuracy,intelligence,and safety of tool management,while reducing the work intensity of managers and ensuring the safety of assets and operations.Thereby improving safety assurance capabilities,optimizing resource allocation,reducing production costs,and improving work effi ciency.
