摘要
针对偏光片在贴附过程中产生的精度误差,极易导致产品的生产质量以及生产效率降低的问题,为控制这一影响因素,文章基于XX型号的偏光片贴附设备,分析了该型号设备的贴附方案;在整个贴附过程中,详细设计实验,并探究造成该精度误差的原因;根据分析结果,优化贴附方案设计,控制其整体偏光片贴附精度在0.100 mm范围内,以满足相关企业对偏光片贴附设备的要求,提高产品的良品率。
In view of the problem that the precision error of polarizer in the process of attaching can easily lead to the decrease of production quality and production efficiency,in order to control this influence factor,this paper analyzes the attachment scheme of this type of equipment based on XX model polarizer attachment equipment.In the whole process of mounting,the experiment is designed in detail,and the causes of the accuracy error are explored.According to the analysis results,the design of the attachment scheme is optimized to control the overall polarizer attachment accuracy within 0.100 mm,so as to meet the requirements of relevant enterprises for polarizer attachment equipment and improve the product yield.
