基于LS-DYNA的电缆插头跌落对密封面的损伤研究

摘要 对某水下航行器用分离装置中电缆插头跌落撞击面板基座上密封面进行研究,通过对几何模型进行简化,建立了7075-T6铝合金Johnson-Cook本构模型。分析不同倾角下电缆插头对密封面撞击的影响与不同高度下电缆插头对密封面撞击的影响,为实际应用过程提供理论依据。 The impact of cable plug on the sealing surface of the base of a separation device for an underwater vehicle was studied.The Johnson-Cook constitutive model of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy was established by simplifying the geometric model.This paper analyzes the impact of cable plug on sealing surface under different inclination angle and the impact of cable plug on sealing surface under different height,so as to provide theoretical basis for practical application.
