摘要
在节能改造方面,凝结水泵的技术改造历来都是一项重点关注的工作。通过不断的改进,火电厂凝结水泵的技术得到了不断的突破,取得了非常不错的效果。在节能降耗这个大前提下,文章充分借鉴各类凝结水泵的技术改造文献,针对调研过程中发现的问题,定量分析廊坊热电厂2号机组凝结水泵系统管道阻力各项技术指标、测试工况、节流损失等内容,最终提出2号机组凝结水泵节能优化策略。
In terms of energy-saving transformation,the technical transformation of condensate pump has always been a focus of attention.Through continuous improvement,the technology of condensate pump in thermal power plant has made continuous breakthroughs and achieved very good results.On the premise of energy saving and consumption reduction,this paper fully refers to the technical transformation literature of various condensate pumps,and analyzes the technical indicators,test conditions,throttling loss and other contents of condensate pump system pipeline resistance of unit 2 of Langfang Thermal Power Plant,and finally puts forward the energy saving optimization strategy of condensate pump of unit 2.
