灾害现场狭小空间截肢工具箱包的研制

Development of field operation box and kit for amputation in narrow space on disaster scene

在地震、矿难等重大灾害发生后,有时需在现场立即对伤员的毁损肢体实施截肢手术,这对挽救其生命非常重要。但临床常规骨科器械因体积较大,在野外应用中受限。本文根据救援实际需要,研制便于救援人员在灾害现场狭小空间展开,适用于不同应用场景需求的截肢工具箱包,箱包包括紧急截肢工具包、截肢工具包和截肢工具箱三种类型。箱包的多模块组合,利于增强灾害现场救援能力,提高救治效率,挽救更多生命。

Amputation of the mangled limbs crushed by the debris of disaster,such as earthquake,mine disaster and fatal traffic accident,is sometimes obligatory to save the life of the victims.However,conventional orthopedic surgical instruments fail to perform in field because of its large volume.Based on practical rescue demands,the authors have developed a kind of field operation box and kit for amputation in narrow space on disaster scene.The box is composed of 3 modules:emergency amputation surgery kit,amputation surgery kit,and amputation surgery box,which can be applied to different situations to increase rescue ability and efficiency.
