2018年扬州市居民早死亡现况及顺位分析

摘要 目的:了解扬州市居民早死亡现况及死因顺位,为制定疾病防控和健康促进政策提供科学依据。方法:分析江苏省人口死亡登记信息系统中扬州市2018年户籍人口中30~<70岁的早死亡数据,计算各种死因的构成比、粗死亡率、标化死亡率、死因顺位和潜在寿命损失年(potential years of life lost,PYLL)等指标。结果:2018年扬州市共报告户籍人口死亡个案36111例,粗死亡率和标化死亡率分别为787.52/10万和422.11/10万。其中30~<70岁户籍人口早死亡人数为9736人,占总死亡人数的26.96%。无论在总人群还是不同性别人群中,早死亡死因顺位前5位都是肿瘤、循环系统疾病、伤害、呼吸系统疾病以及内分泌、营养和代谢疾病,占所有早死亡人数的92.29%。在不同年龄组早死亡死因构成中,肿瘤都是首位死因,且60~<70岁年龄组人群的肿瘤死亡率远远高于其他较低年龄组。结论:扬州市居民早死亡的前3位死因分别是肿瘤、循环系统疾病和伤害,应加强慢性病与伤害的预防控制工作,从而降低早死亡的危害。 Objective:To investigate the status and sequence of premature mortality among Yangzhou residents and to provide scientific basis for formulating the policy on disease control and health promotion.Methods:To analyze the data of registered population of Yangzhou died between the ages of 30 to<70 in 2018,which were derived from Jiangsu Death Registration Information System and calculate the indices of proportion,crude mortality,standardized mortality,sequence of death causes and potential years of life lost(PYLL).Results:A total of 36111 death cases were reported among Yangzhou residents in 2018 and the crude mortality and standardized mortality were 787.52/100000 and 422.11/100000,respectively.The number of premature mortality of registered population between the ages of 30 to<70 was 9736,accounting for 26.96%of total deaths.The top five causes of premature mortality were cancer,circulatory disease,injury,respiratory disease,endocrine,nutritional and metabolic disease,no matter in total population or different gender groups,accounting for 92.29%of all premature deaths.Among causes of premature mortality in different age groups,cancer was always the first cause,and the mortality of cancer in 60-<70 age group was far higher than that in other younger age groups.Conclusion:The top three causes of premature mortality among Yangzhou residents were cancer,circulatory disease and injury.Prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases and injury should be strengthened to reduce the harm of premature mortality.
