摘要 某公司重油气化装置采用壳牌(Shell)新重油气化工艺,以脱油沥青为进料,设计硫质量分数6.8%,灰分0.18%,250℃动力黏度300.0 mPa·s,是Shell在运重油气化装置中进料性质最差、单炉负荷最高、总规模最大的装置。该装置高度自动化可实现“六年一修”,其关键设备——气化主烧嘴寿命最长可达8736 h。对装置投产以来遇到的重大问题及相应解决措施进行了介绍,并对装置运行情况进行了评价。基于该气化装置已实现的长周期运行业绩,提出采用重油气化工艺解决目前炼油厂面临的减压渣油、催化裂化油浆、乙烯焦油、渣油加氢未转化油的出路问题。 The heavy oil gasification unit of a company adopts Shell new heavy oil gasification process with deoiled asphalt as feedstock.The designed sulfur content is 6.8%,ash content is 0.18%and dynamic viscosity at 250℃is 300 mPa·s.It is the shell heavy oil gasification unit with the worst feedstock quality,the highest single gasifier capacity and the highest total scale plant.The device is highly automatic and can realize once repair every six years.The life time of gasification main burner which is the key equipment can achieve 8736 hours.The major problems encountered since the unit is put into operation and the corresponding solutions are introduced,and the operation of the unit is evaluated.Based on the long-term operation performance of the gasification unit,the heavy oil gasification is recommended to solve the outlet issue of vacuum residue,catalytic cracking slurry,ethylene cracking tar,residue hydrotreated unconverted oil from the refinery.
