摘要
选择性激光熔化技术SLM是增材制造技术中的一种,不需要黏合剂,一般用于加工注塑类模具。文章采用正交试验法,对带有随形冷却管道的注塑模具型腔进行工艺参数组合优化。试验主要利用simufact additive软件对成型制件的聚焦光斑直径、激光功率和扫描速度进行模拟分析,得出的打印型腔的最佳组合工艺参数是聚焦光斑直径300μm、激光功率500 W、扫描速度5 000 mm/s。其中,聚焦光斑直径对成型模具的影响最大。
Selective laser melting technology SLM is a kind of additive manufacturing technology, which does not need adhesive and is generally used to process injection mold. In this paper, the orthogonal test method is used to optimize the process parameters of injection mold cavity with conformal cooling pipe. In the experiment, the focus spot diameter,laser power and scanning speed of the molded parts were simulated and analyzed by using the software of Simulink additive. The optimal combination process parameters of printing cavity were obtained as follows: focusing spot diameter300 μm, laser power 500 W, scanning speed 5 000 mm/s. Among them, the focus spot diameter has the greatest influence on the molding mold.
