摘要
为实现环形焊缝的自动化和可视化焊接控制,以西门子S7-200 PLC为核心控制器设计了一套自动焊接控制系统。首先介绍了系统的设计需求及整体结构,其次分析了系统的硬件选型及设计,最后研究了系统的软件设计,包括:系统I/O地址分配及梯形图程序设计思路、自动焊接组态控制界面设计等。应用本系统能够以触摸控制的方式完成环形焊缝的自动焊接,具有一定的实用性和推广性。
In order to realize the automation and visual welding control of girth weld, an automatic welding control system is designed with Siemens S7-200 PLC as the core controller. Firstly, the design requirements and the overall structure of the system are introduced. Secondly, the hardware selection and design of the system are analyzed. Finally,the software design of the system is studied, including the I/O address assignment and ladder diagram program design ideas, automatic welding configuration control interface design, etc. The application of this system can complete the automatic welding of girth weld by touch control, which has certain practicability and popularization.
