品质成本对企业选择代工厂的影响研究

代工服务的选择是一个企业策略评估的重要一环,许多企业以价格作为挑选代工服务的主要考虑因素。设计了一套基于品质成本的代工厂选择方法,以美国的品质成本准则为分类标准,并以层级分析法计算各成本项目的权重。研究的独特之处在于,决定品质成本的权重后,利用各代工厂合作伙伴提供的相关成本作为验证,结果显示品质成本比例最接近权重方案的代工厂,确实有较好的品质水准和较低的失败成本。

The choice of OEM service is an important part of enterprise strategy evaluation. Many enterprises take the price as the main factor to choose OEM service. This research designs a set of OEM selection method based on quality cost, which takes the quality cost criterion of the United States as the classification standard, and calculates the weight of each cost item with the analytic hierarchy process. The unique point of this study is that after the weight of quality cost is determined, the relevant cost provided by each generation of factory partners is used as the verification. The results show that the OEM with the quality cost ratio closest to the weight scheme does have a better quality level and a lower failure cost.
