环状RNA评估胃癌患者预后的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the evaluation of prognosis of patients with gastric cancer by circular RNA

目的系统评价环状RNA在预测胃癌患者预后时的准确性和有效性。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library以及中国知识基础设施工程,搜索环状RNA与胃癌患者预后相关性的研究。检索时限从建库至2019年9月1日。2名研究者独立筛选文献后,采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果经筛选最终纳入7篇病例对照研究文献,共计699例胃癌患者。Meta分析结果显示:环状RNA异常表达的人群,其不良预后结局是环状RNA正常表达胃癌患者的1.92倍(HR=1.92,95%CI:[0.99,3.73],P<0.001)。敏感性分析显示研究之间存在差异,结果不稳定;Begg's漏斗图及Egger回归分析显示不存在发表性偏倚。结论胃癌患者的生存结局与差异表达的环状RNA有明显的相关性。

Objective To systematically evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of circular RNA in predicting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.Methods PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure were searched to search for the correlation between circular RNA and prognosis in patients with gastric cancer.The time limit for the search was from the establishment of the library to lst,September 2019.After two independent participants screened the literature,Meta analysis was performed using Stata 12.0 software.Results A total of 699 cases of gastric cancer were included in the screening of 7 case-control studies.Meta-analysis showed that the poor prognosis outcome of patients with abnormal expression of circRNA was 1.92 times that of circulators with normal expression of gastric cancer(HR=1.92,95%CI:[0.99,3.73],P<0.001).Sensitivity analysis showed differences between the studies and the results were not stable;Begg's funnel plot and Egger regression analysis showed there has no published bias.Conclusion The survival outcome of patients with gastric cancer is significantly correlated with differentially expressed circular RNA.
