摘要
某石化公司在国Ⅴ汽柴油升级措施中,将原有加氢裂化装置改造为蜡油加氢装置,该装置于2016年建成投产,装置生产过程中不断进行工艺技术调整、加工原料性质优化等措施,确保工业装置长周期平稳运行。其中在加工原料性质优化方面,主要是在劣质蜡油原料中掺炼催化裂化柴油,获得优质的加工原料。为了及时准确掌握优化后的混合原料性质对工艺条件的影响,实验室开展了劣质蜡油掺炼催化裂化柴油的工艺条件试验评价。试验结果表明,在相同催化剂条件下,劣质蜡油原料通过加氢处理,有效降低硫、氮、残炭等杂质,在同等工况,劣质蜡油原料掺炼催化裂化柴油后混合原料性质得到明显优化,试验产品达到相同质量指标时,反应温度降低了5~7℃。
In the upgrading measures of GuoⅤgasoline and diesel in a petrochemical company,the original hydrocracking unit was transformed into a VGO hydrogenation unit.The unit was completed and put into operation in 2016.During the production process of the unit,a series of measures such as continuously adjusting the process technology and optimizing the feedstock properties were carried out to ensure the long-term and stable operation of industrial unit.In the aspect of optimizing the feedstock properties,catalytic cracking diesel was blended with inferior VGO to obtain high-quality processing feedstock.In order to grasp the influence of the properties of the optimized mixed feedstock on the process conditions in time and accurately,the laboratory carried out an evaluation test of inferior VGO blended with catalytic cracking diesel.The results show that under the same catalyst conditions,the impurities such as sulfur,nitrogen and carbon residue can be effectively reduced by hydrogenation of inferior VGO;under the same operating conditions,the properties of the mixed feedstock are obviously optimized after blending the inferior VGO with catalytic cracking diesel;when the test product reaches the same quality index,the reaction temperature decreases by 5~7℃.The hydrogenation process conditions of inferior VGO blended with catalytic cracking diesel are obtained.
