硫化铵器外预硫化选择性加氢催化剂研究 被引量:1

摘要 以硫化铵为硫化剂对选择性加氢催化剂进行器外预硫化研究,采用低温氮气吸附,X射线荧光光谱分析等手段对所制备的预硫化型催化剂进行表征,考察了硫化铵加入量、器外预硫化温度对预硫化型催化剂物理化学性质、加氢活性及选择性的影响。结果表明:硫化铵加入量为1.3倍硫当量、器外预硫化温度为(X+20)℃(X为器外预硫化温度)时,制备得到的预硫化型选择性加氢催化剂具有与常规硫化基本相当的活性与选择性,同时缩短开工周期约20 h以上。 Ammonium sulfide was used as the sulfiding agent to presulfurize the selective hydrogenation catalyst.The presulfurized catalyst was characterized by nitrogen adsorption at low temperature and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The effects of the addition amount of ammonium sulfide and the ex-situ presulfurization temperature on the physical and chemical properties,hydrogenation activity and selectivity of the presulfurized catalyst were investigated.The results show that when the amount of ammonium sulfide is 1.3 times of sulfur equivalent and the ex-situ presulfurization temperature is(X+20)℃,the presulfurized selective hydrogenation catalyst has the same activity and selectivity as the conventional sulfurization catalyst,and the start-up period is shortened by more than 20 hours.
