摘要
通过白色烟羽成因分析和消白烟技术方案比较,研究开发了针对催化裂化装置烟气脱硫塔消除白烟的FCH脱硫烟气冷凝再热技术和工艺,并应用于中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司1.3 Mt/a催化裂化装置。应用后,烟囱在环境空气温度0℃以上观察不到白烟。该设施夏季运行能耗为38.04 MJ/t,运行费用1.84元/t;冬季运行能耗93.63 MJ/t,费用3.96元/t。
Through the white smoke plume causes analysis and white smoke elimination technique scheme comparison,FCH desulfurization of flue gas condensation and reheating technology and process for the flue gas desulfurization tower of catalytic cracking unit is developed,and applied to 1.3 Mt/a FCC unit of SINOPEC Jinling Company.After application,no white smoke can be observed in chimney at ambient air temperature above 0℃.The energy consumption of this facility is 38.04 MJ/t and operation cost is 1.84 yuan/t in summer;93.63 MJ/t and 3.96 yuan/t in winter.
