摘要
构建立体种植模式,配置4行甜高粱套种2行大豆、1行马齿苋,侧重研究甜高粱和大豆的光合性能与产量。结果表明,甜高粱与大豆的净同化率、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及水分利用效率在立体种植模式与单种模式下均无显著差异,但甜高粱的净同化率、水分利用效率显著高于大豆,胞间CO2浓度显著低于大豆(P<0.05),体现了C4与C3作物的差异。立体种植模式下土壤的CO2释放速率、水分蒸发速率与单独种植的差异均不显著。立体种植模式所得的作物生物质产量虽与单独种植的无显著差异,但大大提高了土地利用率。
Aiming at investigating the photosynthetic characteristics and yields of sweet sorghum and soybean,the present study established an intercropping mode under which every four rows of sweet sorghum were interplanted with two rows of soybean and one row of purslane.The results showed that there was no significant difference between sweet sorghum and soybean in net assimilation rate,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and water use efficiency under the intercropping mode and the sole cropping mode.However,sweet sorghum had a significantly higher net assimilation rate,significantly higher water use efficiency,and significantly lower intercellular CO2 concentration than soybean,which reflected the differences between C4 and C3 crops.The intercropping mode was not significantly different from the sole cropping mode in soil CO2 release rate,evaporation rate,and crop biomass production;however,the former greatly improved land utilization rate than the latter.
