Development of Ventilation Device for Copper Dissolving Tank

溶铜罐是新能源电子材料铜箔项目试验线的硫酸铜制备液主体设备,通气装置是溶铜罐重要部件之一,本文从结构、材质选择、安装与固定方面简要论述通气装置设计过程。研制成功后应用于10kt/a新能源电子材料铜箔试验线,运行两年情况来看,通气装置性能稳定可靠,满足硫酸铜制备液的工艺技术要求,为二期铜箔正式投产的工程建设非标设备研制提供技术储备和设计经验。

The copper dissolving tank is a main equipment for preparing copper sulfate solution in the test liner of new energy electronic material copper foil project,the ventilation device is one of the important parts of the copper dissolving tank,this paper briefly discusses the design process of the ventilation device from the aspects of structure,material selection,installation and fixation,after the successful its development,it has been applied to the 10k t/a new energy electronic material copper foil test line.From operation of two years,the ventilation device has stable and reliable performance,which can meet the technical requirements of copper sulfate preparation solution.It provides technical reserves and design experience for the development of non-standard equipment for the second phase copper foil project.
