Exploration of a guide to administrative mediation of medical disputes in a district in Shanghai

围绕加快健康松江建设,为适应和不断满足人民群众对医疗服务舒适化的新需要,不断增强人民群众就医获得感,开展医疗纠纷行政调解机制研究。在研究医疗纠纷行政调解的程序、流程、难点、效力的基础上,制定行政调解机制流程,探索医疗纠纷行政调解指南,切实破解医疗纠纷解决的难题,努力保障良好的就医环境,不断提升区域健康水平。

Focusing on accelerating the construction of healthy Songjiang,in order to meet the new needs of the people for the comfort of medical services,and constantly enhance the people’s sense of access to medical care,we carried out medical mediation administrative mediation research.On the basis of studying the procedures,procedures,difficulties,and effectiveness of administrative mediation of doctor-patient disputes,this paper formulated administrative mediation mechanism procedures,explored medical dispute administrative mediation guidelines,to effectively solve the problems of medical dispute resolution,strive to ensure a good medical environment,and continuously improve the region health level.
