摘要
目的观察运用MOTO-med智能运动训练系统进行下肢被动运动对慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者的生活质量、运动能力的影响。方法选择80例慢性心力衰竭患者,将其按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予常规药物治疗+双下肢放入MOTO-med智能运动训练仪(仪器不运转),治疗组常规药物治疗+下肢被动MOTO运动。治疗1个疗程(2周)时,记录2组患者治疗前后的明尼苏达心衰量表(MLHFQ)评分以及6分钟步行试验(6MWT)结果。结果2组治疗后MLHFQ评分优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组[(35.65±8.12)分比(42.43±11.5)分,P<0.05];2组治疗后6MWT距离均较治疗前更长P<0.05),且治疗组长于对照组[(349.12±90.56)m比(304.98±98.32)m,P<0.05]。结论下肢被动MOTO-med智能运动训练系统用于慢性心力衰竭的治疗,可以显著提高患者生活质量,改善患者的运动耐力。
Objective To observe the effects of passive leg movement with MOTO-med intelligent exercise training system on quality of life and athletic ability in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 80 patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group and treatment groups,with 40 patients in each group.All patients received conventional drug therapy.All patients received conventional drug therapy and put both lower limbs into MOTO-med system.Additionally,the treatment group was given passive exercise.Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,MLHFQ.Additionally,the treatment group was given passive exercise of the lower limbs with MOTO-med system.After 1 course(2 weeks)of treatment,the Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)score and 6-minute walk test(6MWT)distance were recorded in both groups.Results After treatment,the score of MLHFQ and the distance of 6MWT were significantly improved in both groups.Furthermore,MLHFQ score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(35.65±8.12 vs 42.43±11.5,P<0.05),and 6MWT distance in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group((349.12±90.56)m vs(304.98±98.32)m,P<0.05).Conclusion Passive leg movement with MOTO-med intelligent exercise training system can significantly improve the quality of life and exercise tolerance in patients with CHF.
