复方α-酮酸片对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及氧化应激水平的影响

Effects of Compoundα-Ketoacid Tablets on Renal Function and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨复方α-酮酸片对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能与氧化应激水平的影响。方法将糖尿病肾病患者120例按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组57例,给予常规治疗;观察组63例,在对照组治疗基础上加用复方α-酮酸片治疗。比较2组治疗前后肾功能[血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)和肾小球滤过率(GFR)]与氧化应激水平[总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]变化。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗后肾功能明显改善(BUN、Cr明显降低,GFR明显升高),氧化应激水平明显好转(T-AOC、SOD明显升高,MDA明显降低),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论复方α-酮酸片可改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能与氧化应激水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of compoundα-ketoacid tablets on renal function and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly given routine treatment alone(control group,n=57)or in combination with compoundα-ketoacid tablets(observation group,n=63).Renal function indexes(blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr)and glomerular filtration rate(GFR))and oxidative stress parameters(total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA))were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the supplement with compoundα-ketoacid tablets induced a decrease in BUN,Cr and MDA,with an increase in GFR,T-AOC and SOD(P<0.05).Conclusion Compoundα-ketoacid tablets can improve renal function and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
