护脐带在小儿头皮静脉针固定中的应用效果

Application of Umbilical Protection Band in Pediatric Scalp Vein Needle Fixation

目的探讨在小儿静脉输液治疗中使用护脐带固定头皮静脉针的效果。方法将90例需行头皮静脉输液治疗的患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规固定方法固定头皮静脉针,观察组在常规固定基础上加用护脐带固定。比较2组头皮静脉针固定成功率及输液治疗过程中穿刺处肿胀、针头脱出、二次头皮静脉穿刺发生率。结果观察组固定成功率显著高于对照组(86.7%比33.3%,P<0.05),输液过程中穿刺处肿胀、针头脱出、二次头皮静脉穿刺发生率显著低于对照组(6.7%比22.2%、4.4%比22.2%、2.2%比22.2%,均P<0.05)。结论护脐带在小儿静脉输液治疗中对头皮静脉针具有良好的固定效果,可有效减少反复穿刺给患儿头皮造成的损伤,保护静脉血管,提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of umbilical protection band for scalp vein needle fixation in pediatric intravenous infusion therapy.Methods Ninety neonates and infants were randomly given conventional scalp vein needle fixation alone(control group,n=45)or in combination with umbilical protection band fixation(observation group,n=45)for intravenous infusion therapy.The success rate of scalp vein needle fixation and incidences of puncture site swelling,needle detachment and secondary puncture were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of fixation in observation group was higher than that in control group(86.7%vs 33.3%,P<0.05).In addition,the incidences of puncture site swelling,needle detachment and secondary puncture during infusion in observation group were lower than those in control group(6.7%vs 22.2%,4.4%vs 22.2%and 2.2%vs 22.2%,respectively;P<0.05).Conclusion The umbilical protection band has a good efficacy for scalp vein needle fixation.It can reduce repeated puncture-caused scalp injury,protect vein blood vessel and improve nursing quality in pediatric intravenous infusion therapy.
