摘要
为提升掘进速度,缓解采掘失衡问题,针对大断面煤巷采掘接替紧张、掘进装备落后的现状,曹家滩煤矿引进中国铁建重工集团研制的智能快速掘锚成套装备,打造掘支平行作业。在明确工程背景后,对装备在井下应用出现的问题进行了分析与改进,掘进速度逐步提升,月平均进尺1 501.5 m,单月最高进尺2 020 m。该套装备的应用,有效改善了曹家滩煤矿掘进滞后难题,超额完成了厂家的装备设计生产能力,保障了智能快速掘锚成套装备的正常运行,实现了巷道的安全高效掘进。
In order to improve the driving speed and alleviate the imbalance of coal mining and tunneling,in view of the low efficiency and backward equipment of large cross-section coal roadway excavation,Caojiatan coal mine introduced the complete equipment for intelligent rapid excavation and anchoring developed by China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Group to ensure the parallel operation of excavation and support.After the trial operation of the equipment in the underground,through the analysis and improvement of the existing problems,the tunneling speed is gradually increased,the monthly average footage reaches 1501.5 m,and the monthly maximum footage reaches 2020 m.The application of this set of equipment effectively solved the difficult problem of driving lag in Caojiatan coal mine,achieves the equipment design production capacity,ensured the normal operation of intelligent rapid excavation and anchoring equipment,and realized the safe and efficient tunneling of roadway.
