摘要
针对条带开采采出率较低、全采全充成本较高的问题,提出了一种条带开采与充填开采相结合的网状带式充填开采方法。以某矿工作面地质条件为工程背景,确定合理的工艺参数后进行了数值模拟分析。研究结果表明,在采区内煤炭资源实现全采的条件下,地表变形量也小于建筑物Ⅰ级损坏等级指标,并给出合理的采留宽及临界采留宽;且通过数值模拟分析,得出各个因素对地表下沉影响程度的排列顺序为:采留宽>采出率>采高>充填体强度。该技术可以为降低充填成本,保护地表生态环境提供借鉴。
In view of the low recovery rate of strip mining,and high cost of full mining and full filling,a reticulated strip filling mining method combining strip mining with filling mining is proposed.Based on the geological conditions of a mine face as the engineering background,the reasonable filling mining process parameters are determined,and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that under the condition of full mining of coal resources in the mining area,the surface deformation is also less than the grade I damage index of buildings,and the reasonable and critical ratio of mining to retention width is given.Numerical simulation analysis shows that the order of influence degree of each factor on surface subsidence is ratio of mining to retention width>recovery rate>mining height>filling strength.This technology can provide reference for reducing filling cost and protecting surface ecological environment.
