基于单指标的洁净型煤环保体系探讨

摘要 为做到降低污染,洁净型煤重要环保指标都是双指标(全硫和固硫率)体系。但现行环保指标存在主旨不够清晰明确、两个控制指标不容易同时实现、双环保指标的判定没有数值大小的定量判定,而只有符不符合的定性判定以及目前环保指标不利于促进燃煤固硫剂研究领域的创新发展等问题。为了促进洁净型煤研究领域的良性发展和推广应用高品质固硫剂,建议将主旨明确、计算方便、易于判定的单环保指标体系(S_(g,d)干燥基型煤排放气体硫的含量)替代原先的双环保(全硫和固硫率)指标体系,不仅拓宽高硫煤的使用范围,而且降低洁净型煤的制备成本。 In order to reduce pollution,the important environmental protection indexes of clean briquette are double index system(total sulfur and sulfur fixation rate).However,there are some problems in the current environmental protection indicators,such as the theme is not clear enough,the two control indicators are not easy to achieve at the same time,the determination of double environmental indicators has no quantitative judgment,only qualitative judgment of conformity and non-conformity is carried out,and the current environmental protection indicators are not conducive to promoting the innovation and development of coal-fired sulfur fixation agent.In order to promote the benign development of clean briquette research and apply high-quality sulfur fixation agent,it is suggested that the original dual environmental protection index system(total sulfur and sulfur fixation rate)should be replaced by the single environmental protection index system(the content of sulfur in the emission gas of dry basis briquette)with clear theme,convenient calculation and easy judgment,which not only broadens the application range of high sulfur coal,but also reduces the preparation cost of clean briquette.
