摘要
针对煤矿井下立交结构处巷道煤自燃防控实际问题,制定了以"黄泥复合胶体"充填技术为主,大幅度降低异常区域空间,以"凝胶"防灭火技术为辅,封堵裂隙通道并充填剩余空间,实现异常区域段巷道的充填,降低异常区域自燃隐患的发生概率。充填完成后,风巷密闭CO气体从开始检测异常值100×10~(-6)以上,下降到10×10~(-6)以下,充填巷道区域O_2浓度进一步下降到1%以下,达到了充填堵漏风防复燃的目的。结果表明,该方案可靠有效,且对类似矿井的立交结构巷道火灾防控工作具有借鉴作用。
In view of the difficulty in prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in the overpass structure roadway of coal mine,the“yellow mud compound colloid”filling technology is adopted to reduce the abnormal area greatly,and the“gel”fire prevention technology is used as a supplement to seal the fractured channel and fill the remaining space,so as to realize the filling of the roadway in the abnormal area and reduce the occurrence probability of coal spontaneous combustion in the abnormal area.After the completion of the filling,the CO gas in the filling roadway decreases from more than 100×10-6 to less than 10×10-6,and the O 2 concentration in the filling roadway further drops to less than 1%,so as to achieve the purpose of plugging air leakage and preventing reburning.The results show that the scheme is reliable and effective,and can be used as a reference for the fire prevention and control work of overpass structure roadway in similar mines.
