摘要
冲击地压灾害对煤矿安全生产及工作面作业人员生命安全造成了严重的威胁。为了对冲击地压工作面危险区域进行有效治理,以陕西某矿203工作面为工程研究背景,通过现场实测、理论分析等综合方法,确定了203工作面冲击地压强危险区域为"双面见方"的区域。根据203工作面回采中支承压力的动态分布特点,布置了PASAT-M型预警微震探测系统方案,并进行了效果检验,提出了203工作面危险区域超前深孔顶板预裂爆破技术处理顶板及工艺巷内施工煤层松动爆破孔处理煤层的双重治理方案。
Rock burst disaster has caused a serious threat to the safety of coal mine production and working face workers.In order to effectively control the dangerous area of rock burst working face,taking No.203 working face of a coal mine in Shaanxi Province as the engineering research background,by using the comprehensive method of field measurement and theoretical analysis,the dangerous area of strong rock burst in No.203 working face is determined as the area of“squares of two working faces”.According to the dynamic distribution characteristics of support pressure in No.203 working face,the PASAT-M early warning microseismic detection system is arranged and the effect is tested.In the end,the paper puts forward the dual treatment scheme of using advanced longhole presplitting blasting technology to deal with the roof in the dangerous area of No.203 working face,and adopting loose blasting in the process roadway to treat the coal seam.
