摘要
煤矿井下供电多采用电缆入井,每一级变电所的供电方式均为辐射式,级联层数多,保护定值整定变得更加困难。为解决煤矿高负荷密度区域短距离保护越级跳闸问题,开展了防越级跳闸系统的建设。结合某煤矿供电现状及近期发生的事故,探讨了越级跳闸产生的原因。通过对多种方案的研究和对比,最终引入了基于分布式区域保护的防越级跳闸技术和含有参数识别法原理的漏电保护构成的综合保护方案。通过对原有设备的改造升级,彻底解决了系统原有的缺陷,能够有效消除各种故障误动、拒动等问题,保证了系统安全可靠的运行。
The power supply of underground coal mine is mostly cable,and the power supply mode of each level substation is radiation type,which results in more cascade layers and the setting of protection setting value becomes more difficult.In order to solve the problem of override trip of short distance protection in high load area of coal mine,the construction of anti override trip system was carried out.Combined with the current situation of coal mine power supply and recent accidents,the causes of override trip are discussed.Through the research and comparison of various schemes,the comprehensive protection scheme composed of anti override trip technology based on distributed area protection and leakage protection based on the principle of parameter identification method is finally determined.Through the transformation and upgrading of the original equipment,the original defects of the system are completely solved,and various problems such as misoperation and refusing to move can be eliminated,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
