摘要
统计了某集团近几年的非停事故,由于锅炉主保护故障造成机组的非停占了一定比例。针对锅炉主保护常见的问题,重点从保护仪表安装工艺及防护措施、保护冗余设计及风险分散控制、保护逻辑结构及参数设置、跳闸硬回路设计、主保护试验方法等方面进行分析,并给予一定的改进措施。
The unplanned outage accidents of a group in recent years are counted. Due to the failure of the main protection system of the boiler, the unplanned outage of the unit unit accounts for a certain proportion. Aiming at the common problems of boiler main protection system, the installation of protection instrument and protection measures,protection redundancy design and risk decentralized control, protection logic structure and parameter setting, design of hard trip circuit, main protection test method, etc is analyzed, and improvement measures are put forward.
