摘要
依托福州某投资区供热工程的分段母管制主蒸汽系统,使用CAESARⅡ软件对20MW抽汽背压式汽轮机进汽管道进行应力分析,研究限位装置对汽轮机进汽口推力的影响。分析可知在管道合适位置引入限位装置,可以有效减小管道热态位移和进汽口推力。
Relying on the subsection-header main steam system of a heating project, CAESAR II software is used to analyze the stress of inlet pipe of a 20 MW extraction back pressure steam turbine, and the influence of the limit supports on the inlet thrust of steam turbine is studied. The analysis shows that introducing limit support at a suitable position of the main steam pipeline can effectively reduce the thermal displacement of pipeline and the thrust at the turbine inlet.
