摘要
介绍了滚针轴承冲压外圈连续拉伸级进模的设计过程,包含拉伸工艺计算、步距精度和定位方式的确定、凸凹模结构设计以及级进模结构及有关机构的设计,其中拉伸工艺计算用于确定工序排样;步距精度的计算用于确定是否应用导正销;工序排样确定后进而设计凸、凹模结构尺寸;以及设计级进模的其它结构,包括模架、导向装置、卸料装置、弹性元件、导料与托料装置、顶出装置、限位装置、微调装置、安全检测保护装置等;最后确定了级进模的整体结构。
This paper introduced design process of progressive die for the drawn cup of needle bearing.The design process contains the calculation method of drawing technology of the outer ring and the step distance accuracy,and the designing of the position method,the structure of matrix and punch,structures and relevant authorities of the progressive die.Drawing technology calculation is used to design the strip layout.Whether the guide pins are needed be judged by step accuracy.The structure size of the punch and matrix can be designed after the strip layout is determined.Then other structure of progressive die can be designed.Including die frame,guiding device,unloading devices,elastic element,material-leading installation,retainer device,ejector system,limiting device,vernier device,safety inspection and protection device and so on.Finally the whole structure of progressive die can be determined.
