随着中央将司法责任制改革作为深化司法体制改革的重要任务着力部署推进,湖南省委高度重视,注重顶层设计,完善制度体系,加强组织领导,司法机关抓实抓细,推动机制完善,强化推进举措和责任落实,促进了各项改革建设阶段性任务如期完成,改革成效初步显现。推进司法责任制改革过程中也存在一些问题和不足,应在下一步改革中予以重视并加以解决。

As the central government has made the construction of four institutional reforms focusing on judicial responsibility reform an important task of deepening reform,we have made great efforts to promote it,Hunan province attaches great importance to the construction of four institutional reforms focusing on judicial responsibility reform,pay attention to top-level design,improve the system,strengthening organizational leadership,improvement of the promotion mechanism,We will strengthen the implementation of relevant measures and responsibilities.It promotes the timely completion of all reform and construction tasks,and the reform has yielded initial results.But there are also some problems and shortcomings,in the future social credit construction should pay attention to and solve.
