摘要
在我国环境污染问题凸显的时代背景下,绿色循环经济和可持续发展成为经济发展的新要求,微观组织中员工的绿色行为开始受到学界和业界的关注。基于社会学习理论和认同理论,对174名环保型企业在职员工进行问卷调查,采用层次回归分析的方法来检验理论模型的假设,以此来探究谦卑型领导影响员工绿色行为的作用机制。研究结果表明:谦卑型领导对员工绿色行为有显著正向影响;角色认同在谦卑型领导与员工绿色行为之间起部分中介作用;组织认同在谦卑型领导与员工绿色行为之间起部分中介作用。研究结论为企业推行绿色管理、促进员工绿色行为以及实现组织的可持续发展提供了实践启示。
Recently,environmental pollution has become a serious problem in our country.Green circular economy and sustainable development turn to be new requirements for economic development.The green behavior of employees in micro-organizations are attracting more and more scholars and insiders.Based on social learning theory and identity theory,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 174 in-service employees,used hierarchical regression analysis method to test the hypothesis of the theoretical model.By conducting those method,this paper mainly discusses the mechanism that humble leadership influences employees'green behavior.The research results show that:humble leadership has a significant positive effect on employees'green behavior;Role identification plays a partial intermediary role between humble leadership and employees'green behavior;Organizational identification also plays a partial intermediary role in this relationship.The conclusion provides practical enlightenment for enterprises to implement green management,promote green behaviors of employees and realize the sustainable development of organizations.
