国内24家血液中心单采血小板献血者数据比对分析

Aphaeresis platelet donors in 24 blood centers:a comparative analysis

目的分析比对24家血液中心单采血小板献血者有关数据,了解单采血小板献血人群的基本特征。方法借助国内采供血机构执业比对工作平台,收集24家血液中心单采血小板献血者献血频率、平均年龄、延迟献血率、献血者流失率等数据,计算算数平均数、同比,分析单采血小板献血人群规模与变化趋势、年龄构成特点和献血者招募与保留情况。结果单采血小板献血者平均献血频率从1.16次到5.49次不等,献血者平均年龄从25.2岁到40.6岁不等;初次单采血小板献血者占比5.70%-63.33%;18-24岁单采血小板献血者参与率0.02%-1.42%,延迟献血率6.02%-56.99%,献血者流失率在21.34%-83.79%。结论 24家血液中心相关指标存在较大差距,说明各家血液中心单采血小板献血人群结构具有差异性,建议各血液中心针对性地制定单采血小板献血者宣教、招募、保留和召回等策略。

Objective To outline the demographic profiles of plateletaphaeresis donors in 24 domestic blood centers by analyzing the regarding data available at Working Platform for Practice Comparison of Blood Centers. Methods The frequency of plateletaphaeresis donation, average age of donors, incidence of deferral donation and proportion of lapsed donors in 24 blood centers were collected, and the arithmetic average and year-on-year of them were calculated to analyze the size of donor population and its change trend, the age composition and the recruitment/retention status of plateletaphaeresis donors. Results The average frequency of plateletaphaeresis donation per year ranged from 1.16 to 5.49, their average age ranged from 25.2 to 40.6 years old, the proportion of first-time donors ranged from 5.70% to 63.33%,the participation rate of population aged 18—24 ranged from 0.02% to 1.42%,the incidence of deferral donation ranged from 6.02% to 56.99%, and the proportion of lapsed donors differed from 21.34% to 83.79%.Conclusion Significant differences in the relevant indicators are observed among 24 blood centers as the apheresis donor populations of each blood center differ greatly. Respective strategies targeted at publicity, recruitment, retention and recall of apheresis donors should be formulated by each center.
