智能化招募保留平台应用于成分献血者保留及其特征分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的构建成分血献血者智能化招募保留平台、建设献血者保留预约全程信息互联互通管理的规范化路径。方法研发根据成分血献血者招募保留各个设置岗位、支持手持终端完成献血者保留预约操作、能对献血者招募保留全程实时追踪管理的智能化招募保留平台;利用平台收集本中心2019年1-6月体检岗、血液检测岗、采集岗成分血献血者保留率(保留人次/可保留总人次)、赴约率(赴约人次/保留人次)、检测合格率(合格献血人数/赴约人数),保留成功率(合格献血人数/可保留总人次)数据,分析采集岗成分血献血者人口学特征及献血史对献血者保留的影响,并作相应的统计学分析。比较智能化招募保留平台启用前后献血者保留成功率,综合分析应用平台前后对献血者保留的影响。结果成分血献血者智能化招募保留平台显示,本组成分血献血者总保留成功率35.78%(5 674/15 856);体检岗、血液检测岗和采集岗保留成功率分别为10.37%(70/675)、18.05%(326/1 806)和39.46%(5 278/13 375)(P<0.05)。采集岗保留成功率数据分析:男性42.93%(4 607/10 732)、女性25.39%(671/2 643)(P<0.05);随年龄增长提升,从18-30岁组28.25%(1 150/4 071)增长至50-60岁组的69.90%(648/927)(P<0.05);以初中学历组最高、学历不详组最低,分别为44.67%(1 153/2 581)、34.76%(899/2 586)(P<0.05);公职人员最低、自由职业者最高,分别为20.81%(113/543)、42.92%(3 386/7 889)(P<0.05);随献血次数增加而提高,1-3次组仅为4.00%(83/2 076),>100次组达77.28%(789/1 021)(P<0.05)。智能化招募保留平台使用前后同期献血者保留率由34.10%(4 819/14 134)上升至35.78%(5 674/15 856)(P<0.05)。结论成分血献血者智能化招募保留平台的建立,实现了成分血献血者招募保留信息的互通、实时管理,为提高血站各岗位成分献血者保留成功率、实现精细化保留提供了便捷、有效的科学管理平台。 Objective To construct an intelligent recruitment and retention platform(IRRP) for apheresis donors and establish a standardized path for information interconnection management through the whole process of apheresis donation recruitment. Methods The IRRP, which supports all positions to implement reservation through hand-held terminals, real-time tracking and managing of the whole recruitment and retention process, was developed. The successful rate of apheresis donors recruited at physical examination post, pre-donation test post and collection post(retained donors/total donors available for retaining), the register rate(registered donors/retained donors), the pass rate of the pre-donation test(eligible donors/registered donors), and successful rate of donation(eligible donors/total donors available for retaining) from January to June 2019 were collected. Meanwhile, the demographic characteristics of donors at collection posts and the effect of previous donations on donor retention were studied and analyzed.The successful rate of apheresis donor recruitment before and after the launch of the IRRP was compared to comprehensively analyze the effect of IRRP. Results The RRP showed that the total successful rate of recruitment was 35.78%(5 674/15 856). The successful rate at physical examination post, pre-donation test post and collection post were 10.37%(70/675), 18.05%(326/1 806) and 39.46%(5 278/13 375), respectively(P<0.05). In terms of gender of apheresis donors recruited at collection post, male accounted for 42.93%(4 607/10 732) and female for 25.39%(671/2 643)(P<0.05);in terms of age, the successful rate increased from 28.25%(1 150/4 071) in 18—30 years old group to 69.90%(648/927) in 50—60 years old group(P<0.05);in terms of educational level, donors with junior high school education ranked the first(44.67%,1 153/2 581) and those with education level unknown the last(34.76%, 899/2 586)(P<0.05);in terms of profession, freelancers ranked the first(42.92%, 386/7 889)and civil servants the last(20.81%,113/543)(P<0.05). Long-term commitment was notable in apheresis donors with >100 donations(77.28%, 789/1 021), as 4.00%(83/2076) in those with 1—3 donations(P<0.05). The successful rate of recruitment during the same period before and after the application of IRRP increased from 34.10%(4 819/14 134) to 35.78%(5 674/15 856)(P<0.05). Conclusion The establishment of IRRP achieved the exchange and real-time management of information on donor recruitment and retention, and provided convenience and effectiveness for improving the successful rate and realizing refined apheresis donor recruitment at each position in blood centers.
