摘要 目的探讨Grubbs法前三点数据差值定量大小。方法连续测定质控品2次,按照Grubbs法界值公式,计算出第三点的理论取值区间,并与预期区间比较,以此来判定前2次测定结果的适宜性。结果酶联免疫吸附试验Grubbs法前三点中任意两点的最小差值区域范围宜为0.2-0.3。结论利用即刻法界值公式推导并判定前三点差值大小的适宜性,直观、实用性强。 Objective To explore the quantity difference of the first three data by Grubbs method. Methods The quality control materials were determined twice in succession. The theoretical range of the third point was calculated and compared with the expected range to determine the suitability of the first two data according to the critical value formula by Grubbs. Results The minimum difference between any two of the first three data of ELISA by Grubbs should be 0.2—0.3. Conclusion It is intuitive and practical to deduce and determine the suitability of the first three data differences using the critical value formula of Grubbs method.
