摘要
合成树脂应用于我国多个行业,随着社会经济的飞速发展,我国的合成树脂的需求量日益增大,随之带来的环境污染问题也相应增加,其中主要污染为废气排放。合成树脂行业主要废气污染为有机废气、颗粒物等。目前常见的树脂工业废气ABS,是高强度,易于加工成型的热塑型高分子材料,生产中排放大量含挥发性有机物的废气,主要是凝聚单元凝聚中产生的尾气,含有丙烯腈及低聚物。本文主要针对合成树脂行业环境影响评价中废气评价因子选取,废气排放源和主要可采取废气处理措施分析探讨,为从事相关企业环境影响评价提供参考。
Synthetic resins are used in many industries in our country.With the rapid development of society and economy,the demand for synthetic resins in our country is increasing,and the environmental pollution problems brought by them are also increasing.The main pollution is exhaust gas emissions.The main waste gas pollution in the synthetic resin industry is organic waste gas and particulate matter.At present,the common resin industrial waste gas ABS is a high-strength,easy-toprocess and molded thermoplastic polymer material.A large amount of exhaust gas containing volatile organic compounds is emitted during production,mainly the tail gas produced in the condensation of the agglomeration unit,containing acrylonitrile and oligomer Things.This article mainly focuses on the selection of waste gas evaluation factors in the environmental impact assessment of the synthetic resin industry,the analysis and discussion of waste gas emission sources and the main waste gas treatment measures that can be taken,and provides references for the environmental impact assessment of related enterprises.
