微塑料联合镉对菲律宾蛤仔抗氧化生理的影响 被引量:1

摘要 微塑料(100nm^5mm)作为一种新型环境污染物,具有潜在的生态风险,受到广泛的关注,但尚缺乏微塑料与重金属协同作用下水生生物的生理应激响应研究。本文研究了在5μm聚苯乙烯微塑料和Cd的单一及组合胁迫下,菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)消化腺和鳃部的生理响应。结果表明:在微塑料浓度50和500μg/L条件下,菲律宾蛤仔消化腺和鳃部的MDA含量上升,表明微塑料能对生物体产生氧化胁迫,同时组合暴露实验表明二种污染物存在协同效应。单一微塑料处理提高了鳃部SOD、CAT活力。消化腺CAT活性上升,而SOD活性受到抑制。相比单一Cd处理,微塑料协同作用下鳃和消化腺内SOD、CAT等抗氧化酶活力均提高。 As a new environmental pollutant,microplastic has been received extensive attention for its potential ecological risks.However,the physiological responses for aquatic organisms under the effects of microplastic and heavy metal was still unclear.This study investigate the physiological and innate immune response for Ruditapes philippinarum under the single and combined effect of microplastic and cadmium.The MDA contents in gill and digestive gland were increased under the effect of microplastic with the concentrations of 50 and 500μg/L,which indicated that microplastic could increase oxidative stress on organisms.The combined impacts showed that the microplastic and cadmium have synergistic effect on the degree of oxidative stress on R.philippinarum.Microplastic could increase the activities of SOD and CAT in the gills.In the digestive gland,the activities of CAT were increased,and the SOD activities were decreased.The SOD and CAT activities in the gill and digestive gland were up-regulated under the effects of microplastic compared to the tissues exposed to single cadmium ions.
