水环境中C10-C40可萃取性石油烃的测定方法研究

摘要 采用气相色谱仪-氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)测定水环境中C10-C40可萃取性石油烃,以保留时间定性,外标法定量,分别进行了检出限,实际样品准确度、精密度试验。结果表明,用GC-FID分析方法测定水环境中C10-C40可萃取性石油烃,样品处理操作简便,分离度好,检出限为0.009mg/L,相对标准偏差≤2.6%(n=6),加标回收率为88.7%~119%,灵敏度高,准确性和重现性均良好。 GC-FID was used to determine extractable petroleum hydrocarbons C10-C40 in water environment.Qualitative analysis was achieved by retention time and Quantitative analysis was obtained by external standard quantification.The detection limit,actual sample accuracy and precision were tested respectively by the method.The results showed that the GC-FID analysis method was used to determine the extractable petroleum hydrocarbon of C10-C40 in water environment.The character of this method was simple,Good separation,high sensitivity,good accuracy and reproducibility.The detection limit was 0.009 mg/L,the relative standard deviation was≤2.6%(n=6),the standard recovery rate was between 88.7%and 119%.
