摘要
于植物生长旺盛期(4月份)在南昌市艾溪湖湿地公园采集24种水生园林植物样品,测定叶片碳氮磷含量,探讨其化学计量比及相关性,为城市湿地的合理开发与保护提供理论基础。结果表明:挺水植物碳氮磷含量总体较大,漂浮/浮叶植物碳氮磷含量总体较小;C:N与P含量有显著的相关性;N:P与N、P含量无明显相关性;水生功能群植物N:P均<14,初步判断艾溪湖湿地受N限制。
In the flourishing period(April),24 kinds of aquatic garden plants were collected in AI Sihu Forest Wetland Park.The carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus content in leaves were determined,and the chemical metrological ratio and correlation were discussed to provide a theoretical basis for the rational development and protection of urban wetland.The results showed that the total content of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in emergent plants was higher than that in floating/floating leaf plants.C:N was significantly correlated with P content.N:P had no significant correlation with the content of N and P.The aquatic functional group plants N:P<14,preliminarily concluded that the wetland was restricted by N.
