公众的不良生活方式、消费方式和行为方式是各种环境问题产生的重要原因。因此,让公众参与环保,在公众中倡导一种健康、环保的生活方式、消费方式,营造一种保护环境的良好风气对环保具有无可替代的作用。完善的机制是确保公众参与环保管理决策的关键依据。但是在现阶段我国在环境保护公众参与机制建设方面还不健全,一定程度上影响了公众参与效果,因此加强对公众参与机制的全面研究和分析,促进在机制的科学性和合理性,并能够得到有效的执行,是当下需要研究的重要问题。本文重要以南通市为例,探究了环境保护公众参与机制的相关问题,旨在进一步强化公众参与机制的有效实施,为提升环境保护力度,建设生态文明提供坚实的制度保障。

The bad lifestyle,consumption and behavior of the public are the important reasons for various environmental problems.Therefore,it is irreplaceable for the public to participate in environmental protection,advocate a healthy and environmentally friendly way of life and consumption among the public,and create a good atmosphere to protect the environment.The perfect mechanism is the key basis to ensure public participation in environmental management decision-making.However,at this stage,the construction of public participation mechanism in environmental protection is not perfect,which affects the effect of public participation to a certain extent.Therefore,it is an important issue to strengthen the comprehensive research and analysis of public participation mechanism,promote the scientificity and rationality of the mechanism,and can be effectively implemented.Taking Nantong City as an example,this paper explores the relevant issues of public participation mechanism in environmental protection,aiming to further strengthen the effective implementation of public participation mechanism,and provide solid institutional guarantee for improving environmental protection and building ecological civilization.
