EPC模式下铁路环水保管理的研究

Research on railway environmental water conservation management under EPC mode

EPC工程总承包是国家现阶段正在推行的建设项目组织模式,以设计院为主进行EPC工程总承包是新兴的一种探索模式。在国内环水保形势日益严峻的情况下,如何做好EPC模式下铁路环水保管理工作成为新的挑战。本文通过杭绍台铁路EPC模式的应用,总结归纳出几条对策及建议。

EPC engineering general contracting is a construction project organization mode currently being implemented in the country,and EPC engineering general contracting mainly by design institutes is a new exploration mode.Under the increasingly severe situation of domestic environmental protection and soil conservation,how to manage railway environmental protection and soil conservation under the EPC mode has become a new challenge.This article summarizes several countermeasures and suggestions through the application of the EPC model of Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taiwan railway.
