第二次全国污染源普查历时三年,经过普查员实地入户调查,顺义区全面摸清了各类污染源的"家底"。三年的普查工作接近尾声,这一过程中我们收获了大量的基础数据,形成重要的普查成果。有效地运用好普查成果是普查工作的重要目标之一,当前我国正在加快推进治理体系和治理能力现代化建设,依托大量的普查数据,运用信息化管理手段,对重点区域、重点领域、重点流域、重点行业等现状进行深入剖析、精准施策,可以大大提高环境治理效果。通过对顺义区第二次全国污染源普查数据进行深入分析,一方面总结了普查数据最终所展现的各项普查成果,另一方面探讨在环境管理工作中如何将成果开发并应用,充分发挥其作用。普查成果应用研究旨在为打赢污染防治攻坚战提供一些新的思考,对改善本地区和其他区域环境质量具有十分积极的意义。

The second national survey of pollution sources have lasted for three years.After field-visit by investigators,the situation of all kinds of pollution sources in Shunyi District was investigated comprehensively.The three-year census work is coming to an end.In this process,a large number of basic data have been collected and survey results have been preliminarily formed.The effective utilization of survey results is one of the important objectives of this work.At present,China is accelerating the modernization of its governance system and capacity.Relying on a large number of survey data,using informatization management means,we can carry on thorough analysis and accurate policy-implementation regard to the status quo of key regions,key fields,key basins and key industries,further,greatly improve the effect of environmental governance.Through deep analysis of the second national survey data of pollution sources in Shunyi District,this article,on the one hand,summarized the various achievements presented finally by survey data.On the other hand,it discussed how to develop and apply the results in the environmental management work to give full play of its role.The research of survey results application aims to provide some new ideas for winning the battle against pollution prevention and control,which has a very positive significance for improving the environmental quality in local district and other regions.
