Objective:To study the effectiveness of ultrasound-guided sacroiliac joint injection for the treatment of postpartum sacroiliitis. Methods:Sixty patients with postpartum sacroiliac arthritis who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and treated with ultrasound-guided sacroiliac joint injection.Observe the morning stiffness time, pain score and total effective rate of treatment before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the patient's morning stiffness time was significantly shortened, and the pain score decreased significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%.Conclusion:The use of ultrasound-guided sacroiliac joint injection therapy for postpartum sacroiliac arthritis patients can effectively reduce the patient's pain, improve the patient's clinical symptoms, and have a high treatment efficiency.
