郄穴刺络拔罐法治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床观察

Clinical observation on the Xixue pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis

目的观察郄穴刺络拔罐法治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的治疗效果。方法58例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分为两组。治疗组在地机(郄穴)穴处进行刺络拔罐;对照组用芬必得。均连续治疗3个月经周期。结果治疗组疗效(89.65%)优于对照组(65.52%)(P<0.05);两组治疗后腹痛拒按、持续时间、经色紫黯、有血块、手足欠温及总积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组发现4例不良反应,治疗组未发现不良反应。结论郄穴刺络拔罐法治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经有效且副作用小。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xixue pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods:58 dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given Xixue pricking and cupping therapy,the control group was given Fenbid.All patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group(89.65%)was better than that of the control group(65.52%)(P<0.05).After treatment,abdominal pain refusal,duration,menstrual color,blood clot,hand and foot hypothermia and total score in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).4 cases of adverse reactions were found in the control group,and no adverse reactions were found in the treatment group.Conclusion:Xixue pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis is effective and the side effect is small.
