慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者用药行为风险的“知识-态度-行为模式”研究

摘要 目的:调查慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染患者的安全用药知识及安全用药行为的情况,针对风险点,为慢性HBV感染患者提供更准确、更有效的合理用药科普宣传方案。方法:对入组的慢性HBV感染患者进行用药安全行为风险KAP问卷调查,汇总问卷调查数据进行分析评估,根据评估结果设计合理用药科普内容,并进行科普宣传,经科普宣传后再进行第二次问卷调查。对比科普宣传前后的问卷调查结果,分析评估科普宣传的成效。结果:对比科普宣传前后数据,安全用药知识的知晓情况(K),11个问题有统计学差异,总体分析科普宣教在慢性HBV感染患者对安全用药知识的知晓方面,具有明显成效;安全用药行为情况(P),12个问题有统计学差异,说明对规范用药行为方面有进行科普宣传的迫切性和必要性;对用药知识的教育活动的看法与观点(A),4个问题均有统计学差异,说明受试者对科普培训收获比较大,愿意继续接受用药知识科普宣传。结论:通过科普宣教显著增强了受试者安全用药意识,改善安全用药行为,提高安全用药科普宣传的接受度,并为制定慢性HBV感染患者安全用药科普干预内容和方法的精准设置提供依据。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the knowledge and behavior of safe medication in patients with chronic HBV infection, and to provide a more accurate and effective popular science publicity program for rational drug use in patients with chronic HBV infection according to the risks.METHODS A KAP questionnaire survey was conducted on the risk of medication safety behaviors in enrolled patients with chronic HBV infection. The questionnaire survey data were summarized for analysis and evaluation. The popular science content of rational drug use was designed according to the evaluation results, and popular science publicity was conducted. The second questionnaire survey was conducted after popular science publicity. The questionnaire survey results before and after popular science publicity were compared and the effectiveness of popular science publicity was analyzed and evaluated.RESULTS Compared with the data before and after popular science publicity, there were statistical differences in the awareness of safe medication knowledge(K) and 11 problems. The overall analysis of popular science education had significant results in the awareness of safe medication knowledge among patients with chronic HBV infection;there were statistical differences in the safe medication behavior(P) and 12 problems, indicating the urgency and necessity of popular science publicity in terms of standardized medication behavior;there were statistical differences in the views and views on the education activities of medication knowledge(A) and 4 problems, indicating that the subjects had great gains in popular science training and were willing to continue to receive popular science publicity of medication knowledge.CONCLUSION Popular science education can significantly enhance the awareness of safe medication of subjects, improve safe medication behavior, enhance the acceptance of popular science publicity of safe medication, and provide the basis for formulating the accurate setting of popular science intervention content and methods of safe medication for patients with chronic HBV infection.
