摘要
新生代农民工的体面就业问题事关"三农"问题的全局,作为其中最直接的相关者,企业履行相关社会责任是新生代农民工体面就业的核心和保障。本文以企业社会责任为视角,对剥夺理论、分享经济理论等进行分析,结合问卷结果的统计验证,得出衡量新生代农民工体面就业的就业心理、就业参与等9个相关因子,总结出企业外部调控、监督不足与企业内部责任制度不完善是影响新生代农民工体面就业的原因。
The problem of decent employment of the new generation of migrant workers is related to the overall situation of solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.As the most direct related employment of the new generation of migrant workers,enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities as the core of the decent employment of the new generation of migrant workers.The guarantee of decent employment for the new generation of migrant workers.From the perspective of corporate social responsibility,the analysis of deprivation theory and sharing economy theory,combined with the statistical verification of the questionnaire results,draws 9 relevant factors such as employment psychology and employment participation to measure the decent employment of the new generation of migrant workers,and summarizes the external inadequate regulation,supervision and imperfect internal responsibility system of the enterprise are the reasons that affect the decent employment of the new generation of migrant workers,and relevant suggestions are made accordingly.
