摘要
根据食品类专业教学质量国家标准,食品化学为该类专业重要核心课程。为解决该课程传统教学模式中存在的问题,对比传统课堂教学模式与网络微课程教学,结合微课程网络平台的设计、应用和效果分析等进行介绍。教学实践结果表明,在传统食品化学教学过程中,应用微课程与网络平台能提高教学效果,增强学生自主学习能力和积极性。
According to the national standard of food teaching quality,food chemistry is the core course of these majors.To solve the existing problems in the traditional teaching mode of food chemistry,the comparison between traditional teaching mode and micro-course network platform was designed.Moreover,the design,application and effect analysis of micro-course and network platform were introduced in detail.The practice results showed that adding micro-course to the traditional food chemistry teaching process and putting it into the network platform could improve students’autonomous learning ability and enthusiasm,and help to improve the teaching effects.
