摘要
根据ISO 3745-2003标准,在半消声室内采用力锤敲击和落球撞击的激励方式,对两种安装阻尼环的车轮进行模态阻尼比和辐射声功率的测试和对比评价,基于实验测试数据建立车轮有限元模型,研究在采用阻尼环车轮降噪措施以及多降噪措施组合后的轮轨振动噪声降低情况。发现车轮在安装阻尼环后能够有效提升1000~4500 Hz频率范围内的车轮模态阻尼比,从而有效降低高频的轮轨辐射噪声,特别在3150 Hz位置采用阻尼环车轮措施后轮轨噪声降低了13.3 dBA,但轮轨总辐射噪声降低0.1 dBA。采用钢轨TMD降噪措施后轮轨噪声在630~2500 Hz范围得到有效衰减,和阻尼环车轮降噪措施组合后阻尼环车轮的对轮轨总噪声的降噪量增加为0.3 dBA。结果表明,轮轨辐射噪声的显著频段为630~2000 Hz且由钢轨占主导,阻尼环车轮主要降低高频位置的轮轨辐射噪声,因此组合轨道降噪措施后能够有效提升阻尼环车轮轮轨总辐射噪声的降低效果。
In order to be able to have a better understanding of the wheel/rail noise decrease after using themetal damping ring wheel,in this paper,according to ISO 3745-2012 standard,in the semi-dead room,using force hammer percussion and falling ball impact of incentives,the wheels of installation of the two damping rings modal damping ratio and the radiation sound power test and contrast evaluation,wheel finite element model was built based on the finite element method,and use the wheel to wheel/rail rolling noise reduction is analyzed.The structure shows that the modal damping ratio of the wheel is effectively improved after the installation of damping ring.As for wheel-rail rolling noise,metal damping ring wheel mainly reduces the high-frequency wheel-rail noise radiation above 2500 Hz.
